Robert Rubin

Welcome Home

Bob Rubin has over 40+ years of merchandising experience having spent more than 30 years as the owner of his own business. During these 30+ years Bob was responsible for negotiating and executing company leases and building purchases. This facet of the business always intrigued him and after selling his business he decided to fulfill his dream and enter the commercial real estate field.

As an entrepreneur Bob learned to be creative and resourceful and fuel these attributes with focused high energy to achieve an end solution. Bringing these intangibles to the commercial real estate industry gives him a competitive edge over conventional commercial real estate agents. His mild manner allows him to also make friends of business associates and prospective clients.

Using Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago and HomeServices of America's networking tools and strong national support team in conjunction with his abilities Bob is prepared to deliver your project with results beyond your expectations

The Optimist Club… helping youth

“[In a home] You’re making an investment in what could be the most important asset you’ll ever have. The right moment is when you know where you’re going to live for a while, when you find the home that fits your family, and when it’s at level that fits in with your income and ability to make a down payment and then I would get a very long mortgage… 30-year mortgage and the rate will be fabulous, and there is no sense waiting if those conditions exist."
